Baccalaureate Degree

Baccalaureate degrees are not granted automatically when students complete degree requirements. You must apply for graduation.

1. Degree application dates are shown in the chart below.
2. Forms are available at the table outside Joyal Administration Building, Room 115. We encouraged you to file on the first day of the filing period to receive a timely response.
3. Pay the non-refundable $35.00 graduation application fee at the Cashier’s Window, South Lobby, Joyal Administration Building.
4. Turn in your completed application with your cashier’s receipt to the table outside Joyal Administration Building, Room 115.
5. Students receiving a baccalaureate degree and intending to continue for postbaccalaureate and graduate study at California State University, Fresno must re-apply for admission to postbaccalaureate and graduate status at the Admissions Office and pay the non-refundable application fee.
