Foreign/Non-Resident Fees
General authority governing most fees is contained in the California
Education Code, Sections, 89700, 89724 and 89705.
Non-Resident and Foreign students are required to pay tuition in addition
to registration fees. Tuition is charged at $282.00 per unit with no
maximum unit limit.
Tuition Penalty Fees
Non-Resident and Foreign students will be charged penalty fees for
dropping classes beginning with the first day of instruction. Please
refer to the Refund Schedule for Non-Resident Tuition at the  Accounting
Services website and click on " Money Matters". Adding
and dropping the same number of units on the same day will not result
in penalty fees.
