Transcript ordering information and online form are available to order copies of your official transcript at California State University, Fresno. Students can also place transcript orders in person at the Admissions Public Contact windows in the Joyal Administration Building. The fee is $4.00 for the first copy and $2.00 for each additional copy (check or money order) and must be paid in advance. Since the workload of transcripts to be sent is particularly heavy at the end of each semester, you should allow two weeks (ten working days) after grades are posted for requests to be filled.

Holds

If the Admissions/Records Office receives notification of an overdue student's account, then transcripts will not be released without clearance from the Business Office.
