Textbook Purchase & Return Policy - Spring 2004
Refund
Policy on Kennel Bookstore web site
The first day to purchase textbooks for Spring 2004 is Monday, January 5,
2004. Textbooks may be
returned for a full refund through Wednesday February 4, 2004 provided that the
following conditions
are met:
- Must have a cash register receipt from Kennel Bookstore dated on
or after January 5, 2004 for the books that are being returned.
- Must have a valid University Keycard (I. D. Card).
- Books must
be in the same condition as when purchased. New books cannot be marked
in or defaced in any way.
- Books must have been ordered for the current semester.
- Some materials are "non-returnable" and are marked accordingly.
- Book return located outside of the Pavilion entrance to the store.
- Keep your receipts. Wednesday, February 4, 2004 is the deadline
for a refund. Refunds will not be given after this date.
Kennel Bookstore conducts a used book buyback every weekday throughout
the year. Generally, the best time to sell your surplus textbooks is at
the end of each semester when we are purchasing books for the following
semester. Our main buyback for the spring semester will be May 11-21,
2004.
