Student Photo I.D. Information

Photos for your University KeyCard (I.D.) for Spring 2007 will be taken in the KeyCard Office, located in the Keats building room 103 (west side of the building). You must be officially admitted (received a confirmation letter) to the university before an I.D. card will be issued. This card will not be activated until you have registered for the current semester.

KeyCard office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. There is no cost for your first Key Card, replacement cards cost $10.00 each. We accept only cash or checks.

Your KeyCard has many uses:

1. Student I.D. card
2. Library Card
3. Pay for Print Card
4. On-campus Debit Card
5. Student Discount Card (on and off campus)

PAY-FOR-PRINT PROGRAM

Add value to your KeyCard (I.D.) for printing in campus computer labs or copying at pay-for-print copiers.

• 10 ¢ for black & white copies using cards
• 15 ¢ for black & white copies using cash
• 75 ¢ for color copies & prints

VALUE ADD LOCATIONS

You can add value to your keycard at any one of the locations on campus. Value add locations map

Value may also be added using the photo copiers in Family Food Sciences, Music, and Viticulture Library, as well as any Pay-for-Print photo copier in the Madden Library. Print labs accept only cards, no cash.
