Undergraduate students placed on academic disqualification at the end of the semester should contact the Advising Services office in Joyal Administration Building, room 224 or call (559) 278-1787.
Graduate students placed on academic disqualification at the end of the semester should contact the Division of Graduate Studies in the Thomas Administration Building, room 132 or call (559) 278-2448.
