Soccer ends losing streak

Freshman Nicole Gutierrez scored on a header in the 115th minute of double-overtime to lift Fresno State to a 1-0 victory at Boise State on Sunday afternoon. Fresno State now stands at 5-8-1 overall and more importantly, 2-1-0 in WAC play.

Volleyball falls in five

The Bulldogs lost to Louisiana Tech in five games 30-26, 24-30, 16-30, 30-23, 20-18 at the North Gym on Saturday and are now 1-6 in the WAC.

Cross country finishes regular season strong

The Fresno State cross country finished the regular season on a high note finishing fourth out of 10 collegiate teams at the Cal Poly Invitational.

Six of the Bulldogs' 10 runners recorded personal-best times.
