Calendaring Services
The university is currently using Meeting Maker to provide calendaring services for individuals on campus. This service is used to manage individual calendars, schedule meetings and manage the availability of some campus resources, including department conference rooms.
The university provides free Meeting Maker accounts to all faculty and staff members who request one.

Please note: due to the limited number of licenses available to the university we can not facilitate Meeting Maker account requests for individual Student Assistants. Departments may request a generic Meeting Maker account for use by a Student Assistant working in their area. The student assistant's supervisor will be responsible for the account and its integrity. This account can be reassigned as needed.
