Payroll services
We are responsible for providing accurate and timely payments to State employees of California State University, Fresno. We work under the authority of the Chancellor and under the direction of the Controller of the State of California. We serve greater than 3,000 full- and part-time faculty, staff, and student employees.
Our responsibilities span all functions related to pay and other benefits. Besides administering pay transactions, we maintain the employment roster, process court-assigned deductions, report leave usage and balances, and enable various disability pay processes.
Our business hours are:
- During Fall, Spring semesters: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Summer: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
