Collective Bargaining Agreement

California Faculty Association (CFA) represents the instructional faculty, librarians, counselors and coaches who comprise Unit 3 among California State University, employees. The union engages in collective bargaining under the terms spelled out in the state labor relations law known as the Higher Education Employees Relations Act.
