The Mission of the California State University, Fresno’s Student Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management is to:
  • Raise awareness of the CSU, Fresno student chapter of SHRM.

  • Maintain excellence and reputation of SHRM student chapter.

  • Increase involvement in the HR Games Competition.

  • Further involvement of SHRM student chapter with HRACC.

  • Create a positive learning environment for Human Resource students.

  • Update students regarding the PHR exam certification.

  • Enhance organization skills as future Human Resource Professionals.

  • Keep students informed on upcoming events and activities.

  • Create a stable network amongst members and alumni.

  • Achieve the Superior Merit Award status.
