Spring 2015 Final Thesis Submission Deadline:
Friday, March 27, 5:00 p.m.
SPRING 2015 THESIS SUBMISSION (January 20-March 27).
Important news for Spring 2015 thesis submission: The deadline for spring submissions (March 27) has been extended by 17 days from last spring (March 10). This was approved by the University Graduate Committee (April 22, 2014) to allow students more time to complete thesis requirements. There will be no time given beyond March 27 for Spring 2015 graduation.
Students who cannot meet this deadline may submit by a priority summer deadline (Monday, May 4, 5:00 p.m.). If students complete all thesis requirements, submit the thesis by May 4, and submit a completed Graduate Degree Clearance form to the Graduate Office by May 15, they may apply to graduate in the summer ($35) without having to register for continuation units.
Follow the steps below to submit your thesis for Spring 2015.
STEP 1: You must indicate your intent to submit your dissertation or thesis for the current semester by registering your work with the DTO.
STEP 2: Only properly formatted dissertations/theses (see below for guidelines and templates) with approval of all committee members will be accepted for review. Plan ahead. Secure approval in advance of the deadline.
STEP 3: Once the DTO has received your registration information and approval from your chair and committee, you will be notified by email that a personal review folio has been created for you in Blackboard. You will then need to upload your approved dissertation or thesis to that folio to commence review.
