Grace Liu, J.D., CRA
Grants Administrator and Intellectual Property Counsel
In July of 2011, ORSP welcomed Grace Liu to our research team.
She assists the Lyles College of Engineering, Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, and the Divisions of Academic Affairs and Administration with their grant development efforts.
She also provides leadership and support for patent and intellectual property activities.
Grace is the Intellectual Property Counsel for the CSU Office of General Counsel and
serves as a CSU-wide resource on intellectual property matters.
Formerly a patent attorney with the Fresno law firm Baker Manock & Jensen PC, Grace holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard in biological sciences, a law degree from the University of Chicago, and many years of experience as a patent attorney.
