Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Studies
Beginning July 6, 2009, Dr. Dennis Nef returns as the Associate Vice President and Dean of Undergraduate Studies.
The Associate Vice President and Dean of Undergraduate Studies works with faculty on academic planning and policy issues including curriculum development and changes to the general education program. The dean sits on committees dealing with student academic petitions and disqualifications.
The Dean oversees the Scheduling Office and production of the University Catalog, and also works with the directors of the Smittcamp Family Honors College and the University 1 and Mentoring Institute.
