Fresno State is excited to offer employees a new way of receiving travel advances, travel reimbursements and other reimbursements - direct deposit. The new program provides a convenient and secure way to get funds directly into your checking or savings account. Instead of receiving a check in the mail, employees can elect to have advances and reimbursements sent electronically, usually within one business day. Enrollment is simple through Employee Self Service at my.csufresno.edu.
Once enrolled, your direct deposit election immediately becomes active and will remain so until you inactivate it on the signup page. Your money is automatically deposited into your account on time, every time - and you don't have to be at work - or even in town! Direct Deposit gives you access to your money earlier than check deposits. There is no waiting for checks to clear. You no longer have to stand in line at your bank to make a deposit.
And besides, Employee Direct Deposit is environment friendly – it’s paperless!

To sign up all you need is your bank routing number and account number.
In an effort to streamline processes in Accounting Services, employee reimbursement checks will be run only twice a month beginning May 1. Those checks will be run on the 1st and 15th of each month, and will be mailed to the employee mailing address. Beginning May 1, employee reimbursement checks will not be distributed on campus.
