Payment Options
The University offers the following payment options:
- On-line Payments (E-Pay and SmartPay)
On-line payments are accepted for tuition and other fees, Continuing and Global Education, student parking permits, and all other miscellaneous charges reflected on student account balances.
E-Pay – Electronic Check
(There are no service charges if paying through this method)
SmartPay – Credit Card
(There is a 2.9% service charge on all payment transactions if paying through this method.)
To use E-Pay or SmartPay, simply:- Log onto http://my.csufresno.edu
- Go to Student Self Service > Student Center > View eBills/Make A Payment.
- Next click on the "Make Payment" tab at top of page.
- Pay-By-Mail

Important notice regarding personal checks presented for payment: " When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. "
Checks or money orders (only) may be mailed to:

Payment must be made payable to:
California State University, Fresno
Information required on the face of the checks/money orders must include:- Student's first and last name
- Fresno State ID number
- Description of fee being paid
- Pay-In-Person

Cash, checks, money orders and VISA/MasterCard are accepted at Cashiering Services located in the south lobby of the Joyal Administration Building.
