Employment & Recruitment
A key objective of the Employment and Recruitment program is to support the University's Strategic Plan by recruiting and retaining the highest quality administrators, staff, and coaches. To fulfill this objective clients are assigned a team of HR Professionals that serve as consultants and advisors to hiring managers. Team members work with their clients to develop recruiting and advertising strategies that widen the pool of qualified and diverse applicants.
Other key objectives of the Employment and Recruitment program are assessing the needs of the university in order to develop or enhance policies and procedures; facilitating career advancement opportunities; and analyzing positions to ensure correct classification, compensation, and appropriate person-job fit.
