Staff Mentorship Program

The Staff Mentorship Program is a voluntary program that pairs experienced administrators with staff interested in receiving guidance in their career development. The program will provide a supportive structure in which staff can cultivate contacts, explore challenges, and design strategies for personal growth and professional development that align with their career goals at Fresno State. It also provides the opportunity to gather information, develop peer support, learn more about management, and better understand the organizational culture of our University.
