environmental impact report
An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is facilitated in tandem with the Campus Master Plan. The Board of Trustees intend to prepare a combination Program/Project EIR. The Program EIR will analyze the environmental impacts associated with campus growth, as well as impacts associated with the full building program and other improvements required to serve the new population through a 10-year and 20-year planning horizon. The EIR will also fully evaluate specific projects slated for implementation during the first five years at a site-specific, project level. The EIR will address all applicable California Environmental Quality Act impacts.
