Esther Gonzalez is a Confidential Analyst and reports directly to the Vice President. She is alumni and first started with the university as a Student Assistant. She is responsible for handling many confidential matters directly for the Vice President as well as any pending litigation matters.  Esther is also the University’s point of contact for California Public Records Act requests.

Ar Xiong is an Administrative Support Coordinator. She is responsible for many administrative support functions for the Vice President for Administration, the Associate Vice President for Financial Services and the rest of the office staff. Ar earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
