Internet Explorer users need to allow javascript to prompt for passwords for the above link to work. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools --> Internet Options. Click on the Security tab near the top, and then select the Custom Level button near the middle right side of the window. From the list that should pop-up, scroll all the way down to the "Scripting" section (almost the end of the entire list). Under the Scripting section, the second to last option should read: "Allow websites to prompt for user information using scripted windows". Select Enable and then hit "Ok", return to this section and try again.
