Academic Senate at California State University, Fresno resolution passed at its meeting of December 8, 1997:

MSC (unanimously) that the California State University, Fresno Academic Senate recommend to the Attorney General to seek an injunction to prevent the Chancellor from signing the CETI agreement until there is a business plan from the CSU perspective and allowing six months for faculty to study the business plan and respond.

We urge other CSU campus senates, faculty who are on CETI committees, the CSU Statewide Senate, and the Legislature to join us in our request.
