Subject: The "Ideal'' Best with the Corporate TII Partners and Campus Issues and Concerns

Attached are two memoranda. The first summarizes campus views of what would constitute the "ideal" deal with the corporate TII partners. The second memorandum gives an overview of issues of concern which have been expressed on the campus and need to be considered in the negotiations. Also attached are copies of the actual written feedback I have received from various campus constituencies. I anticipate receiving additional information and analyses from affected and interested individuals and groups, which I will forward to you upon receipt.
