President John D. Welty, Coaches

as Timeout led a “Salute to Bulldog Olympians” at the Smittcamp Alumni
House. Olympians honored included
Laura Berg [1998],
Stephen Abas [2005]
and
Vanessa Czarnecki [2003]. They were also recognized at a half-time
ceremony at Bulldog Stadium during the Fresno State vs. Hawaii football
game.

Fresno native, Amanda Fitts has maintained a 3.85 GPA and is a
senior majoring in speech language pathology. She’s also the treasurer of
the National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association. “I’m
completing my degree with the assistance that the
FSAA has given me,” she
said. “With this support, I’ll be able to pursue graduate school next
year.”
Freshman
James Anthony Dunbar comes from a Fresno State Bulldog family! His
parents, Jude Dunbar and Heidi Krikorian, also attended Fresno State.
“The FSAA is helping me meet my financial needs as a student,” he says. “I am
very thankful for the support.” James is studying criminology and plans on
a degree in law enforcement.

Paul
Pinegar [#13] threw three touchdown passes and Fresno State set an NCAA
record by scoring two touchdowns in an 8-second span in its 62-28 victory
over San Jose State on Saturday.

Carr,
the Houston Texan's Quarterback and the NFL #1 Draft Pick in 2002, has
been selected by “People” magazine as the “Sexiest Pro Quarterback” in the
November 29, 2004 issue.
Jeanine Emerzian
[1997] and Gregory
Richburg and were happily married at Holy Trinity
Armenian Church in Fresno on November 13, 2004. Richburg owns and operates
Netricks, a Fresno-based computer systems and web hosting company.
Nicole
[Kasabian] Evans [1993] is the Associate Secretary for External
Affairs at the Health and Human Resources Agency. She was appointed to the
position by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger [R-CA].
Jack
Globenfelt [1964] recently accepted a position as Executive
Director of the Sunset Cultural Arts Center in Carmel, CA. Most recently,
Jack was the Managing Director of the Lehman College Center for the
Performing Arts in Bronx, NY.
Enica
Jordan [1996] and Mark Ungerbiller were married on October 9, 2004
in Las Vegas, NV. They reside in Spokane, WA.
Mallory
Moad [1980] is collecting unwanted "Yes on Measure Z" yard signs--
wiping away the tears from the elephant's eyes and giving them a little
flush to their cheeks.
Janine
[Sanwo] Nakazawa [1987] and her husband, Thomas, are proud to
announce the birth of a baby girl, Kellie Aiko. She was born on October
12, 2004 in Saint Agnes Medical Center.

Santa Barbara. Genelle is the Director of the Lyles
Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at
Fresno
State and serves on the Board of Directors of the
Alumni
and Friends Chapter of the Craig School of Business.
