President of Fisher Labs in Los Banos, CA. Fisher Labs recently
manufactured and supplied 100 M-Scopes— portable walk-through metal
detectors— to the U.S. Marines which were used for the Iraqi national
elections held in January.

Choo is the artist of
the recently painted mural at the new IRS building in Fresno. The mural
features the Fresno Water Tower and the Tower Theatre, as well as other
landmarks.

Christopher [1957, 1961]
was the Production Designer of the 77th annual Academy Awards, his 16th
assignment with the “Oscars.” He was honored at the

retiring, after 35 years, as the owner and operator of Cutting's Western
Wear, formerly known as Cutting’s Golden Horse, in Fresno.

the Head Baseball Coach of the Texas Longhorns, recently coached his 1,500
career history win. Garrido was honored at the

Department of Athletics by the Fresno State Alumni Association in 2002.

the Director of Tourism for Fresno County, was recently featured in “The

named the Chief Operating Officer of SK Foods, a California-based tomato
processor. Most recently, Grewal was the Vice President and Director of

Associated with Insecticide Resistance in House Fly” published in the

named Dean of the College of Engineering [ad interim] at California State
University, Fresno. With Bachelors and Masters degrees from Fresno State,
Dr. Hoff holds a Ph.D. from the University of Utah.

been named the 2005 winner of the Presidential Award for Exemplary
Teaching at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI.

CTX Mortgage Company in Fresno as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Skip Longfellow [1993]
has been nominated for a 52nd annual Golden Reel Award in the "Best Sound
Editing in a Feature Film" category as Assistant Sound Editor for 20th
Century Fox’s “I, Robot” starring Will Smith. His other movie credits
include “Flight of the Phoenix” and “Moulin Rouge.”

“Mac” McDaniel [1973]
has been named the head of the Modesto-Stanislaus Chapter of the NAACP--
National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
Martin
McIntyre has retired as
the Public Utilities Director for the City of Fresno. The Fresno City
Council honored him with “Martin McIntyre Day,” after 16-year career. In
2000, the Fresno Business Council honored him for his public service.
Mark
Mimms [1979] was given
the Partners Circle Award as one of the top Commercial Real Estate Brokers
in the U.S. for 2004. He's affiliated with Sperry Van Ness in Fresno.
Henry
R. Perea [1974] serves
on the Fresno County Board of Supervisors, representing District 7.

are engaged to be married on June 25, 2005 in Fresno.

[1970] has a story, “The Morning Station,” included in the book, “Voices

December, he presented a reading of his story at the Indian Consulate in
New York.

showcasing his latest monotype prints at Ashtree Studios in Fresno, in

recently appointed Undersecretary of the Department of Food and
Agriculture for the State of California by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger [R-Calif.].
