Alan DeWitt Button Memorial Scholarship
Outstanding students majoring or minoring in psychology
Alex & Caty Perez Scholarship Fund
The student must have a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.2 or equivalent thereof, demonstrated past community and/or volunteer service. The student can be, but is not required to be, a Craig Scholar.
Alumni & Friends of the Craig School of Business Scholarship
Must be undergraduate business major, have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or equivalent thereof
for the last two years, must demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, ethics, a
high moral standard, vision and drive.
Anderson Clayton & Company Scholarship
First preference to entering freshman or secondly to enrolled student working toward
degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Ag Education, or Plant Science. First preference
given to members of the family of an Anderson Clayton employee or customer. Consideration
for scholastic achievement, leadership ability, financial need, and educational promise.
Anthony & Raphael Marsella Memorial Scholarship
Any student enrolled at Fresno State.
Antonio & Louise Petrosino Scholarship
The student must be a current Kremen School undergraduate/graduate degree or credential
student. The student must have a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.5 . Priority will be
given to students in foreign languages or counseling.

Arthur Selland Memorial Scholarship
Supports the President's Honors Scholars and students in the Smittcamp Family Honors

Associated Students, Inc. Scholarship
Student must be a sophomore, junior or senior, must have a cumulative GPA of no less
than 3.0 or equivalent thereof, must demonstrate strong excellence in leadership development
and related activities, both on and off campus, as determined by ASI Scholarship Committee.
In addition, student should demonstrate the ability to participate in such extracurricular
leadership activities with excellence in academic achievements
Bulldog Pride Fund
Established by Peter Robertson (BA ’92, MA, ’95, MBA ’05) in 2006.
Full-time undergraduate or part-time graduate students with minimum GPA of 2.5. Must
provide demonstrated examples of pride and public service in the community through
past involvement in a club, activity, event or project as an unpaid volunteer.
The Bulldog Pride Fund awards the following annual scholarships – Bulldog Pride Fund:

Students majoring in either plant science, mass communication, and/or viticulture

Candlelight Guild Scholarship Trust
Upper division student with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher who has demonstrated financial
need and an interest in local community affairs and the principles of the Candlelight
Guild
Charlotte J. Dandridge Memorial Scholarship
Student who is an undergraduate majoring in education or liberal studies, or a post-baccalaureate
student pursuing a teaching credential.
Chicano Alumni Chapter Scholarship
Supports students with an interest in Mexican-American/Latino/Chicano/Hispanic culture
and a minimum GPA of 3.7.
Clark Van Galder Memorial Scholarship
Student working toward a bachelor's degree in Physical Education with an option in
teaching who has a GPA of 2.75 or higher and demonstrates a need for financial assistance

Daniel Clack Memorial Scholarship
Aerospace major with a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Demonstrated financial need, be of good
moral character, have an interest in the affairs of the university, community and
the nation.
Dante Simi Scholarship Fund
Open to all students; 2.0 GPA required. Preference given to Sigma Chi members or pledges;
and/or graduates of any Learn 4 Life Charter School, the following, for example, are
in Fresno State's service area: Crescent View West (Fresno), Crescent View South (Fresno),
Crescent Valley Public Charter (Hanford, Tulare, Visalia) and Ambassador Phillip V.

Donald J. Burdick Memorial Scholarship
Supporting sophomores, juniors and seniors with financial need that are majoring in
biology. 3.0 GPA required.
Dr. Robert Monke Scholarship
Student must be admitted to a KSOEHD undergraduate/graduate degree or credential program,
must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or equivalent thereof. Preference may be given to
students exhibiting financial need.
Dr. Roberta Asahina Advertising Scholarship
One or more students demonstrating overall excellence and accomplishment in pursuit
of a Bachelor's Degree in MCJ with an Option in Advertising. Open to Sophomore, Junior
or Senior status students with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Student must demonstrate leadership,
creativity, self-initiative, responsibility and scholarship.
Drum Major Award (Presented by the Bulldog Pride Fund)
Presented to the senior Drum Major of the Bulldog Marching Band on an annual basis

Eddie L. Adams Scholarship
Student member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity or Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and/or students
of families impacted by cancer. Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Ernesto Martinez Memorial Scholarship
Supporting students in Los Danzantes de Aztlán, scholarship will be awarded to those
demonstrating overall excellence and accomplishment with a minimum GPA of 2.4.
Frank Bassi Memorial Scholarship
Entering student with a major in agriculture.

Golden Grad Scholarship

H. G. Stridde Memorial Scholarship
A graduate from Corcoran Union High School, or second, a graduate of another Kings
County high school who is enrolled at Fresno State majoring in agriculture with a
minimum GPA of 3.0. Student must have completed some units and show a promise as,
or determination to be, a farmer. If no qualified student can be found, the scholarship
may be awarded to a student majoring in Home Economics.
Hagop Moradian Scholarship
Scholarships shall be awarded to deserving students based on educational promise.
Applicants must have a declared major within the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences
and Technology and be in good academic standing.
Harris Construction Company, Inc. Scholarship
Student enrolled full time in Construction Management with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Must have completed at least one academic year of study. Student must have leadership
ability, character, financial need and educational promise.
Harvey Milk Humanics Award (Presented by the Bulldog Pride Fund)
Junior or senior completing the Humanics Certification Program in the College of Social
Sciences.

Helen Gigliotti Biochemistry Scholarship Fund
Scholarships shall be awarded to deserving second semester biochemistry students demonstrating overall excellence and accomplishment in the pursuit of biochemistry. Applicants must be currently enrolled at Fresno State and have a cumulative minimum GPA of 2.50 earned over the last one year of academic instruction. Full-time and/or part-time student status in good academic standing shall at all times be a prerequisite to eligibility to receive this award.
Industrial Technology Faculty Memorial Scholarship
Student enrolled at Fresno State working toward a bachelors or masters in Industrial
Technology. Must demonstrate a financial need, have a 2.5 GPA or higher, and have
an interest in the affairs of Fresno State and the community.
Jeffrey Merritt Biology Scholarship Fund
Established by Jenna Reynolds (1967, '69) in memory of her son, Jeffrey Merritt (1982).
To support juniors and seniors majoring in biology.
Jesse L. Rushing Memorial Scholarship
Outstanding sociology student
John E. Manning and Ida Marie Manning Scholarship
Overall most promising student in the political science program.
John Thomas Memorial Scholarship
Graduate psychology student in good standing, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
thereof over last one year of academic instruction, must demonstrate strong professional
and personal integrity and a commitment to serving others.
Jose C. Ramirez Scholarship
Students from Avenal High School. Preference given to students enrolled in College
Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP).
Kremen School of Education Alumni Chapter Scholarship
Student must be admitted to a KSOEHD undergraduate/graduate degree or credential program.
Minimum GPA of 3.5. Preference may be given to students exhibiting financial need.
Full-time or part-time student in good standing.
Kristine Oda Memorial Scholarship
McLane High School seniors who will be attending Fresno State with a 2.5 GPA or higher.
Preference given to students who participate in extra curricular activities, especially
in student government.

Louise Petrosino Scholarship Fund

student. The student must have a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.5. Priority will be given
to students in foreign language or counseling.
Lyles Center for Entrepreneurship Alumni & Friends Scholarship
Student must have a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent thereof, earned over
the last 1.5+ years of academic instruction and must demonstrate an exceptional aptitude
or interest in the principles and concepts of entrepreneurship.
Lyles College of Engineering Alumni Chapter Scholarship
Sophomore or junior pursuing a degree from the Lyles College of Engineering and Computer
Science with a minimum GPA of 3.25. Student must demonstrate an interest in one of
the majors or fields offered by the Lyles College of Engineering. Special consideration
will be given to students who have been active in student organizations with an engineering
focus.
Margaret McWhorter Scholarship
Any student enrolled at Fresno State with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and a demonstrated
need for financial assistance.
Marvin and Jane Baxter Scholarship
Student who is a junior or senior education major, or a post baccalaureate student
pursuing a teaching credential.
Mary Beekman and John Nichol Clark Memorial Grant
Scholarships shall be awarded to children, grandchildren or siblings of current or
retired employees of CAL FIRE (California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection).
Memorial Health Center Scholarship
Any student enrolled at Fresno State with preference given to veterans and their children.
Mildred Wilson Swan Memorial Scholarship
Scholarship shall be used to grant scholarships to needy and worthy students of Fresno
State.
Nathan Hathaway Collegian Scholarship
Student must be an undergraduate or graduate at Fresno State; the student must have
a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent thereof; the student must demonstrate
a commitment to pursuing a career in newspaper journalism. Preference will be given
to candidate(s) who are fluent in two language and/or editors and sub-editors of the
Fresno State campus newspaper, "The Collegian."
Nathan Ray Memorial Scholarship
Outstanding freshmen marching band student demonstrating overall excellence and accomplishment.
Nu Alpha Kappa Scholarship Fund

Nursing Alumni Chapter Scholarship
Undergraduate Nursing student who have been admitted to the Nursing Program and completed
one semester. Must have GPA of 3.40, show financial need and provide two letters of
recommendation.
Orange Cove High School Scholarship
Undergraduate students that have attended and/ or graduated from Orange Cove High
School.
Pearl B. Winter Memorial Scholarship for Students in Early Music
Music major in performance or history and literature who wishes to pursue early music.
Preference given to student of the viola de gamba family, but if there are no such
applicants, the scholarship may be awarded to other students of early music.
Pete Prestegard Memorial Scholarship (Associated Students, Inc. Scholarship)
Student must demonstrate strong excellence in leadership development and related activities,
both on and off campus, as determined by the ASI Scholarship Committee. Open to students
of sophomore, junior or senior status with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Pete Valentino Music Educators Scholarship
A Music Education student demonstrating overall excellence and accomplishment in pursuit
of Music Education for Elementary and/or Secondary Music Education. Open to students
of sophomore, junior or senior status with a minimum GPA of 2.7.
Phi Kappa Phi Scholarship
Any enrolled student working towards a bachelor’s degree at Fresno State with a GPA
of 3.5 in a minimum of 90 semester units or a graduate student working toward a master’s
degree with a GPA of 3.9 and are members of Phi Kappa Phi or are candidates for induction
into membership.
Philip and Shirley Patino Scholarship
Student(s) accepted in the Kremen School of Education's Teacher Credentialing Program,
with an overall GPA of 3.5 or above, giving priority to students in foreign language,
counseling, or administration.
Physical Therapy Alumni Chapter Scholarship
Graduate students studying physical therapy with a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0.
Raymond Ensher Creative Achievement Theatre Arts Scholarship Award
The overall most promising student in any of the theatre arts programs for the academic
year.
Richard and Bonda Aransas Scholarship Fund
To benefit post-baccalaureate students at Fresno State pursuing a teaching credential.
Risa Rodemeyer Global Culture Scholarship
Supporting Smittcamp Family Honors College students with a demonstrated interest in global culture and affairs.
Robert & Marjorie Bryant Memorial Scholarship
Graduate student working on a master’s degree in Physical Therapy with a GPA of 3.0
or higher. Must have a financial need and a demonstrated interest in the affairs of
Fresno State and the community of Fresno.
San Joaquin Valley Electric League Scholarship
Student working toward a bachelor's or master's degree from Department of Industrial
Technology with a field of study in construction, electrical contracting, lighting
or electricity, electronics or an electrical engineering degree from the School of
Engineering. Must have a demonstrated financial need and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or
better. Student must show an interest in the affairs of the university and the community.
SIGMA CHI: Fresno Sigma Chi Endowed Scholarship
Current Sigma Chi member in good standing of both the local and International Fraternity,
resident of the chapter house for the past year and agrees to be a resident of the
chapter house for the next year.
SIGMA CHI: Alan Barr Olson Scholarship
Enrolled student(s) at Fresno State who are members of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
SIGMA CHI: White Rose Scholarship
Members of the Fresno State Chapter sigma Chi Fraternity who are enrolled with good

Small Family Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is to benefit students who are completing a bachelor's degree in
accounting.
Smittcamp Family Honors College Alumni Scholarship
Established by Smittcamp Family Honors College alumni, supports students in the Smittcamp
Family Honors College.
Stan Oken Scholarship
Undergraduate or graduate student at Fresno State, must demonstrate interest in a
public service career in promoting Fresno City and County as tourist destinations.
Stella Sklender Balich Memorial Scholarship
Currently enrolled student must be a graduate of Central Union High School, working
toward a bachelor’s degree, and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Must have leadership
ability, good moral character, financial need, and educational promise.
Stephen and Risa Rodemeyer Organic Chemistry Scholarship
Chemistry major demonstrating excellence in organic chemistry, with minimum 2.5 GPA.

Any student enrolled at Fresno State.
