These Admission, Records and Evaluations web pages feature online forms and fill-in options using Adobe Acrobat.
If you don't have Acrobat, follow these instructions to download your FREE copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. |
- Print a copy of these instructions before continuing.
- From the desktop on your computer -- click on the
start in the lower left corner of your screen, then click on All Programs and look for Adobe Acrobat.
- If you see this software you do not need to continue. Close this window and use your browers back button to return to the page you were viewing.
- If you do not see Adobe Acrobat, continue with these instruction to install the FREE Adobe software.
- Click
for the Adobe Reader webpage, then click the download button.
- When prompted to save the download file, select save , and save to your desktop. Allow a few minutes for downloading.
- When the download is finished - exit from the internet browser window and return to the desktop.
- Locate the download file on your desktop and double-click the icon. Follow on-screen instructions to install.
- Start your internet browser software and return to the Admission, Records and Evaluations web. Once there, click on a form to open and Adobe Acrobat will open the requested form.
