Student Information Updates

If you are a current Student or a current Applicant here at California State University, Fresno, and you need to update your official information:

• Fill out, print and sign the Student Information Update Form.
  (Note: this form requires Adobe Reader,  Click here for free down load instructions.)
   
• Bring the completed Update Form and required documentation to the Public Contact Windows in the North Lobby of the Joyal Administration Building.
  (Note: We do not accept faxed copies of requests or documents.)
