Complete Withdrawal
Complete Withdrawal means dropping all classes for a semester. Pick up a Complete Withdrawal form from the Admissions/Records Service windows (located in the Joyal Administration north lobby) and follow instructions.
- If you are off campus, write the Admissions/Records Office at 5150 North Maple Ave, Fresno, CA 93740-8026, MailStop# 57 and request a complete withdrawal form.
- If a student requests to completely withdraw from the university after the administrative add/drop period, the university will only grant the request for a serious and compelling reason.
- See the Class Schedule general information Web site and select "Calendars" to view add/drop deadlines.
- A student withdrawing during the semester remains elligible to enroll in classes for the next semester. If you remain away from the university for more than one calendar year then contact the Office of Advising Services at 559-278-1787.
