University Courtyard provides affordable, secure, convenient, and fun on-campus living for approximately 1,070 students. There are nine residence halls, three community style and six residence suites located on campus at the corner of Shaw and Cedar Avenues.
Several room and board plans for on campus residents are available. Costs range from $5,400 to $8,000 (includes schooling and housing) per academic year (fall/spring semesters).
Applicants are encouraged to apply by April 1 for the best opportunity to receive housing. All residence halls are coed; however, community style hall bedrooms, wings and bathrooms are gender designated and suites are gender designated.
