The Department of Child, Family, and consumer Sciences is dedicated to improving the environment and quality of life through education, research, and public service in the areas of family and consumer sciences. Career opportunities are available in child and family sciences, clothing and textiles, consumer science, fashion merchandising, generfal family and consumer sciences, and home economics teacher education.
