The objectives of the Central California Children's Institute are to:

• Study health, education, and welfare issues that affect children and youth in the Central California region
• Provide an informed voice for children and youth in the Central California region
• Develop policy and programs
• Foster communication and collaboration among communities, agencies, and organizations
• Enhance the quality and effectiveness of communities, agencies, and organizations that provide services to children, youth, and their families
