California Campus Compact The mission of California Campus Compact (CACC) is to provide support for colleges and universities committed to nurturing students into responsible, caring leaders in their communities by:
- Ensuring that students gain an understanding of their duties and responsibilities as citizens;
- Promoting community service in connection with academic studies;
- Participating actively in the community and lending institutional resources for its improvement;
- Modeling the concept of community, cultivating and encouraging open discourse on issues and values and taking actions to address these concerns.
