In collaboration with the T.A.L.E.N,T. grant, we have invited Dr. Helen Barrett, a prominent expert on e-portfolios, Project Co-Director for ISTE's PT3 Catalyst Grant Assessment Project and an internationally-known expert on electronic portfolio development. She is an Assistant Professor in Educational Technology at the School of Education at the University of Alaska in Anchorage.
