help faculty and department chairs understand the policies and
procedures related to various personnel processes.

New faculty and their mentors and department chairs are invited to
a Probationary Plan workshop to be presented by Dr. Sharon
Brown-Welty. The purpose and expected content of probationary plans
will be discussed. Participants will review sample probationary plans
and exchange feedback on drafts of their own plans.
