Center for Enhancement of Teaching and Learning encourages faculty and staff from all disciplines to submit proposals for presentations at the Conference on Excellence in Teaching and Learning. Presentations on theory and practice are welcomed.

Presentation types:
Poster presentation,
25-minute presentation,
25-minute roundtable, and
55-minute interactive presentation.

Proposals will be peer-reviewed and are due February 21, 2006.

Presentations are welcomed in all areas of university-level teaching and learning. Areas of special interest include (but are not limited to) the following topics:

* The Over-Extended Student
* The First Generation College Student

Proposal Submission

Electronic submission is preferred. To minimize reformatting, please send Word files using Times 12 pt font, single-spaced with 1 inch margins (left margin 1.5 inch). Our first preference is that you email the document as an attachment to rsvp-cetl@csufresno.edu. If you cannot send attachments, you may submit your proposal in the body of the email. Otherwise, please submit three hard copies of the proposal to CETL at 5240 North Jackson Ave. MS UC116; Fresno, CA 93740-8023

Proposals must contain on a single page:
* Title of the presentation or workshop
* Author(s)' names, departments, mailing and email addresses, with presenting author(s) underlined and corresponding author marked with an asterisk
* Preferred presentation type/length
* Abstract

Please provide separately media equipment requests and any special needs.

Submission deadline:
February 21, 2006
