A Year (or a Month) of Living Dangerously:
Stepping Away from the Podium to Explore Critical Thinking
& Active Learning Strategies

PROMOTING ACTIVE LEARNING & CRITICAL THINKING (ProACT)

Active learning may be the most important key to motivating your students to fully engage in your class. Critical thinking may be the most important skill you can develop in your students for their life-long success. This series will help to provide opportunities to discuss, learn, and try strategies found to engage and nurture the best in your students. We are encouraging faculty to step away from the podium and to explore Critical Thinking & Active Learning strategies.
