Stress Prevention for Educators

What if...peace of mind, little or no stress, healthy relationships and greater effectiveness were right at your fingertips and you held the key but didn’t realize it? That’s what Stress Prevention for Educators will tell us. You will understand simple but profound truths for living well that, once grasped or truly realized, can transform your life as an educator.

The course will bring to life a principle-based model of healthy psychological functioning known as Health Realization. Participants will recognize how to awaken a healthy, wise and common sense perspective in oneself and in other people, regardless of circumstances.
