Registration Forms

Registering for an Extension Course

To register for a credit or non-credit extension course, download and print a current registration form (pdf format) and mail it with payment to the address shown on the form.

Registration forms are also included in the printed Extension Programs catalog.

Please Help Us Prevent Class Cancellations

Preregister by the date noted for each class. The decision to hold, or cancel, a class is made based on the number of students who have preregistered by that date.
