Summer Session 2012
Overview
Summer session occurs in the nine-week period between June 11 – August 10, 2012. This timeframe allows students an excellent opportunity for accelerating their time to degree completion. Students are eligible to enroll in a maximum of 12 units during the entire summer period.
Students will find that taking classes offered through Summer Session can be a big bargain. As an example, In 2011, undergraduate Summer Session Fees for a 3 unit class cost $945 (compared to regular semester fees of $1,611.50 charged in Spring 2011 for a 3 unit class). Undergraduate students taking 6 units in Summer Session paid $1,287, again compared to the regular semester fees of $1,611.50 charge in Spring 2011. Specific fee schedules for 2012 have not been identified at this time.
