Dr. Ng received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry with a specialization in Analytical Chemistry.
Areas of Specialty
Professor Ng teaches undergraduate Analytical Chemistry, Instrumental Analysis, graduate Analytical Spectroscopy, and Freshman Chemistry courses.
The research expertise of Professor Ng includes Atomic Spectroscopy, Molecular Spectroscopy, Laser Spectroscopy, Single Molecule Detection, and Nano-scale Photonics. He is interested in the development of tools and systems for ultra-sensitive detection, analysis, and imaging.
