Chemistry Department Facilities and Resources:

The department's facilities are well equipped with modern instrumentation for both education and research. Students have the opportunities to operate all these instruments in their classes and while conducting independent research.  Each research group has the extensive instrumentation required for modern research in chemistry. Some major instruments, however, are located in facilities that can be shared by all research groups in the department. In addition to the instrumentation the department also houses a state-of-the-art computational facility for the use of class room instructions, student and faculty research needs.
