Deadlines

Statement of deadlines: Deadlines for application to graduate studies in CDDS are as follows:

February 1st and October 1st for Speech-Language Pathology
March 1st for Deaf Education.

You can apply for graduate study in the online at www.csumentor.edu. If you have not done that, do so now. Also, you should have sent the following to the university:

One copy of transcripts.
One copy of GRE scores.

*** Please note that the processing of transcripts and GRE scores by the university can take OVER A MONTH. These documents must be available to the department for review by the deadline stated above.

Now you are ready to complete the following.

CDDS Graduate application form
CDDS Grad application form revised May 2011
Three Letters of Recommendation
Letter of Recommendation form revised August 2009
Your letter of intent.

To download any of these forms, right click on the title of the form. From the drop down menu, Select Target As. A window opens from which you can select the drive/folder where you want the form to be saved. All files with a .pdf extension need the Acrobat Reader to open them. If it is not installed on your computer, you can get the program free of charge from - www.adobe.com.

Results will be emailed to your Fresno State email address (created when you applied) and will be reported on your MyFresnoState Portal.
