Application Requirements for the Dept. of Communicative Disorders & Deaf Studies

Statement of deadlines: Deadlines for application to graduate studies in CDDS are as follows:

February 1st and October 1st for Speech-Language Pathology.

March 1st for Deaf Education.

To apply for graduate study in the Department of CDDS, you need to complete the following.

Start here by applying to the university.
1. Application to the university.
2. One copy of transcript to the university.
3. One copy of GRE scores to the university.

After applying to the university you will be directed to the department application forms.
1. Application to the department.
2. Three letters of recommendation (to the department). Click here to download the recommendation form.
3. Letter of Intent (to the department).

After you are done with CSU Mentor go to the Department Application.
