To apply, please complete the following steps:
1. Apply on-line at CSU Mentor page and pay your application fee.
2. Send all undergraduate transcripts (including transcripts from courses taken at community colleges) to Graduate Admissions.
3. Take either the GRE or the MAT. Have the scores sent to Graduate Admissions.
4. Have three reference letters sent to the Graduate Program Coordinator, Dr. Jenelle N. Gilbert.
