Non Licensure Policies & Forms

Policies specific to the Nursing Department can be found in the Student Handbook which can be purchased at the Kennel Bookstore. General questions about the University can be found in your catalog, click here to see the current catalog.

There are certain health requirements that must be met prior to entry into the Nursing Program. Upon acceptance to the program, the following forms can be printed out and taken to your physician or the Health Center: General Physical Exam and Medical History.
