Note: If you are applying for the Master of Physical Therapy-Doctor of Physical Therapy (MPT-DPT) program, two (2) separate applications are required:
1. PT Departmental Application via PTCAS (available July 15, 2009 for Fall 2010). Firm deadline: December 1, 2009. Go here for application instructions.
2. CSU Graduate Online Application: www.csumentor.edu

Admission to Spring 2010 semester is closed for ALL categories at all 23 CSU campuses. However, Fresno State's Division of Continuing and Global Education (DCGE) programs will not be affected by closure.
DCGE offers Open University, which allows individuals to register for regular university courses on a space available basis without being admitted to Fresno State; and Intersession, which occurs between regular semesters and offers credit courses that anyone can attend.

Fall 2010 Admission: We will begin accepting applications for admission for the fall 2010 semester on October 1, 2009. Prospective students are encouraged to apply by the November 30, 2009 priority filing deadline. We expect to be open to applicants in the following categories: first-time freshmen, upper division transfers, returning students, and postbaccalaureate students seeking a credential, masters, doctorate, or advanced certificate.
We expect to be closed to the following categories: lower division transfers, unclassified postbaccalaureate students, second baccalaureate students, and visitors or concurrent enrollees from other CSU campuses.
