    • All persons performing research in the Department of Public Health must comply with Federal Projection Guidelines which are spelled out in the University's IRB webpage.

    Faculty, staff, and students doing research in the Department of Public Health need to complete the follow the directions contained in this document. Note that the forms for funded and unfunded research are the same forms used by the University-wide IRB.

    Forms must be submitted to the department office address to the Chair of the Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects.

Master of Public Health Policies & Manuals

Faculty and students in the Master of Public Health program need to visit the MPH Blackboard site for program specific policies (e.g., fieldwork manual) and forms.
