Dr. Cagle retired from California State University, Fresno in December 2010.

Interests: Rhetorical & Communication Theory, Group Communication, Computer Applications, Statistics, & Research Methods, Language & Culture, Professional Communication Skills 

Dr. Cagle is a past Department Chair.  He is a member and served as chair of the University Academic Information Technology Committee, is a member of the Instructional and Educational Technology Advisory Council, and is Parliamentarian of the Academic Senate. He is a member of NCA, WSCA, and EDUCOM. For WSCA, he is President of the WSCA Executives Club.  He was the Editor of WSCA News and Webmaster and 2nd Vice President.
