Major Patricia M. Adams

Major Patricia M. Adams is the Recruiting Flight Commander, AFROTC Detachment 035, Fresno State University, California.  In her role, Major Adams oversees the mentoring and recruiting for Detachment 035.  Additionally, Major Adams teaches Aerospace Studies 100 Freshman Courses.

Major Adams entered the Air Force in 2003 after obtaining her commission through Air Force ROTC at California State University, Sacramento, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, with a concentration in Applied Ethics and Law.  She has served in a multitude of active duty and reserve assignments, both in-garrison and expeditionary, including as a Flight Leader, Base Security Officer, IMA to the Operations Officer, and IMA to the Commander.  Her previous experience also includes NATO and Army deployment missions. She is a certified rugby coach, firefighter, and SCUBA diver.

Major Adams is a native of Fullerton, CA and is married with one son.

April 2006 – July 2014, IMA to the Operations Officer, 802nd Security Forces Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio – Lackland, San Antonio, Texas

July 2014 – June 2016, IMA to the Commander, 902nd Security Forces Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio – Randolph, San Antonio, Texas

June 2016 – Present, Commander, Recruiting Flight, United States Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps Detachment 035,  Fresno State University, California
